The Only Doctor in Our Practice

A little understanding goes a long way, and we know that trust is built over time. Dr. Ramirez is the only doctor in our practice.  By seeing only one doctor, this allows you to build a relationship of trust and comfort, feel less like a number, and more like a patient.

We’re Women Too

We want you to feel comfortable discussing the reason for your visit to cultivate the best doctor/patient relationship possible. We know this starts before you even see the doctor; with our staff. Brownsville Advanced Ob/Gyn employs only female support staff for this reason.  From the moment you walk in until the time you leave, a female will always be present during your exam and to discuss any concerns or questions before you see the doctor.

Answers, Not Questions

Many women are intimidated by their doctor.  In fact, most women often leave their appointments without getting clear answers to their questions because they feel uneasy speaking with their physician.  Our commitment to you is that you always leave our offices with an understanding of what is happening to your body.

Quality Care

Every patient has a story about a doctor who didn’t clearly answer their questions, didn’t perform a thorough exam, or missed a diagnosis.  They may have been treated as a number instead of a patient or rushed out of the exam room.  We understand that this is an all too often scenario in healthcare.
